  • Product Availability: We strive to ensure product availability, but some items may become unavailable after purchase. In such cases, we will offer an alternative product, store credit, or a refund.
  • Pricing Policy: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Discounts & Offers: Promotional discounts and offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.

4. Order Placement & Cancellation

  • Placing an Order: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned according to our Return Policy.
  • Cancellation by Dilras: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons including unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pakistan Only
  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • Credit/Debit Cards

Payments must be made in full before the order is processed. In case of non-payment, Dilras reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Local Delivery (Pakistan): 2-5 business days.
  • International Delivery: 7-10 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 3,500.
  • Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Dilras is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: You can return products within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If an item is received damaged or incorrect, Dilras will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via original payment method or store credit.
