Eligibility for Exchange

  • You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • A valid order receipt or confirmation is required.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale & Discounted Items: Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.
  • Intimate Wear: Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments and lingerie cannot be exchanged.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at dilraspk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 321 545 0321 with your exchange request.
  2. Return the Product: Send the item back to us via a trusted courier service.
  3. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange.
  4. Delivery of New Item: Your exchanged item will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. In such cases:

  • Dilras will cover the courier charges for returning and reshipping the item.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide images of the damaged product for quick processing.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or an alternative product.
  • Exchanges are only allowed once per order.
