- You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- A valid order receipt or confirmation is required.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Sale & Discounted Items: Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.

Intimate Wear: Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments and lingerie cannot be exchanged.
How to Request an Exchange

Return the Product: Send the item back to us via a trusted courier service.

Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange.

Delivery of New Item: Your exchanged item will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days after approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. In such cases:

Dilras will cover the courier charges for returning and reshipping the item.
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide images of the damaged product for quick processing.
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or an alternative product.
- Exchanges are only allowed once per order.
